The new Santa Fe Farmers’ Market Pavilion is ready to host your upcoming event!

 9800sf hall well suited to custom lighting and sound reinforcement installation. High speed WiFi. ADA compliant.  Max Capacity 600.  Located adjacent to New Mexico Rail Runner, affording access to both Santa Fe and Albuquerque Metro markets.  There are 800+ parking spaces in Railyard Vicinity.

The above rates are negotiable if you want to use a smaller portion of the hall. Extra day(s) for setup or breakdown billed at 50% of above rates, when Pavilion is available. Events will  end no later than 12am unless pre-approved. One hour clean up beyond event time allowed. $40 per additional hour. Pavilion Staff on site at all times

Terms

Bookings are only secured by payment of 50% Deposit and signed Terms and Use Contract.
Full Payment due no less than 7 days prior to first move-in. Late payment may result in loss of booking.
Client must provide the Santa Fe Farmers Market Pavilion with a Certificate of Insurance.
Damage and Cleaning Deposit required.
Additional staff charges may be required, depending on the nature of the event.
Additional Security required for public events and events serving alcohol
501c3 Non-profits and K-12 Schools and receive a 20% discount on above rates. (excluding music events)

 

On Farmers Market days the Pavilion is not available until 2 hours past the close of Market.
